Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  
• Other locations: 4–8 business days

We ship orders through trusted courier partners across India. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or message. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking number.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order.
Mini Machine Club is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

8. Delivery Delays
Mini Machine Club is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
