Refund & Return Policy

Returns
At Mini Machine Club, we take great care in packing and shipping all our diecast collectibles. We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged
The product has a manufacturing defect
A wrong item was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package and the complete unboxing process without cuts.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Requests without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Ordering by mistake
Minor paint imperfections or small finishing variations (common in diecast collectibles)
Slight box dents or packaging wear unless severely damaged
Diecast models are collectible items and may have minor factory variations which are not considered defects.

Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
The product may need to be shipped back to us (if requested)
After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
